Suzy designed and oversaw the development of our house refurbishment and extension, and we couldn’t have been happier with the process and the result. We worked with Suzy on a full house renovation for our home in Ranelagh. She was so proactive and responsive at all stages of the project. In the planning stages she took time to listen carefully and understand, from both of us, what our requirements for each space were, and our overall vision for the house. As first-time clients with no experience working with builders, we really valued how well Suzy managed relationships on site and drew on her wide network of contacts. Whenever challenges arose, she remained calm, solution-focused and pragmatic, quickly presenting options and clear ways forward. Suzy’s experience, knowledge and expertise were hugely reassuring and made the whole journey so much easier for us. She put so much energy into making sure the design and the implementation reflected our vision and requirements.
